Marcelo Calbucci is an entrepreneur, technologist, and author with over 30 years in the software industry. He sold his first software at 14 and later held key roles at Microsoft and Amazon, leading engineering and product teams.
He has founded six startups across Seattle and London, raising over $40 million in ventures spanning social networks, media, health, and telecom. An inventor with 11 patents, he also built Seattle 2.0, later acquired by GeekWire.
In January 2025, he published The PRFAQ Framework, a guide for innovators. Outside work, he’s an avid marathon runner, passionate cook, and world traveler.
